Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Prime Shine Spa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Terms
Booking and Cancellation
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations require 12 hours notice
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions
Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our detailing services. If you're not satisfied with the results:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will inspect the vehicle and address any issues
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the service cost
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Service quality issues must be reported within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds may be offered for partially completed services
Non-Refundable Items
- Products and materials used during service
- Services that have been completed to satisfaction
- Cancellation fees for late cancellations
Limitations of Liability
Prime Shine Spa is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from improper vehicle maintenance
- Consequential damages or lost profits
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
